The group leader with the group also does not have any responsibility for the above-stated situations or more.

Our company selects and chooses the best elements for a smooth pilgrimage tour of Hajj, Umrah & Ziyarat, hence the company or its employees should not be held responsible for improper services provided by any Airline, Transport, Hotel and any other provider of services for any Injury, Death, Loss or damage which is caused by the act or default of the management or employees of any other Hotelier, Airlines, or/and any act or actions of co-passenger- Aleena Arfeen Hajj and Umrah Private Limited shall not be held responsible either for any loss, delay, damage, fading of color, stain of any type or shrinking of clothes by the laundry services. Aleena Arfeen Hajj and Umrah Private Limited does all the agreements and arrangements of hotels flights transportation etc. for smooth running tour for the pilgrims and taking full care of the pilgrims but due to unexpected situations, we do have the right to do any alteration to the package or services without prior notice to the pilgrim & the passenger will have to accept and for which no refund will be made and no claim will be entertained. After entering into Saudi Arabia you shall not be allowed to give up your companionship with your group. He/she will have to act accordingly and if he/she decides to quit from Aleena Arfeen Hajj and Umrah Private Limited, he/she shall not be entitled to receive any amount whatsoever.
